Frequently asked questions

  • Do you work with fondant? No I do not.

  • Do you work with Buttercream? Yes, I use Swiss meringue buttercream.

  • Can you make custom wedding cakes? Yes

  • Can you fulfill last minute orders? No

  • Do you require a deposit or nonrefundable retainer fee for booking? Yes

  • Do you deliver? In most cases no, however for tiered cakes I will.

  • Will my order be confirmed without a deposit? No

  • Can you copy a cake design? No, I will not copy someone's work however I will do my best to make it as similar as possible with different customizations.

  • Everything is made in a facility that has peanuts, dairy & gluten.

Policies

  • There is a nonrefundable retainer fee & deposit to book a date and order.

  • At least a minimum of three weeks is required for custom orders.

  • There will be an extra fee for any accommodated last-minute orders.​

  • A deposit of half of the total will be required to confirm an order. The remainder of the total needs to be met prior to fulfillment of the order.

  • Your order will not be available for pickup or delivery if the total is not met prior. 

  • If for any reason sweet crumbs LLC is not able to fulfill the order the deposit will be refunded, however the nonrefundable retainer fee will not be.
